Our client for this Modern Farm House brought us this project as a completely clean slate/gut renovation. Because the exterior had so many beautiful original elements such as used brick and charming muntin windows, this gave us a good foundation for our starting place. We showcased the home's best exterior design features and built from there. Our goal was to make this new home feel lived in from the start. To achieve this, we added key materials like weathered woods and leathers. We also brought in natural woods, gold accents, and unique patterns which helped us achieve the lived in Farm House look.
